Having spent my birthday yesterday with the full family at my daughter's house in Harlaxton, Grantham, including worshipping at the shrine of my new grandson (2 months), I decided to treat myself to a late birthday trip to Langold Country Park, NOTTS this afternoon to see the reported Red-necked Grebe - a cracking bird!
You're right about my occasional tipple, Brian. I'm still vertical, so it must help to lubricate the body and soul so as to get me out and about twitching!
